Led by Michael Devine, MS, LPC-S of Devine Consulting, this group is open to members who have completed at least three sessions of the Leadership Development Peer Group. Building upon these skills, each session of Leadership 2.0 will explore a topic in which participants are encouraged to bring relevant issues and cases of their own to discuss.
Topics vary each month and are flexible depending upon the group needs. Topic examples include performance improvement, conflict resolution, coaching and development. Group members are encouraged to bring in any situation to discuss at any time even if it does not apply to the focus/topic of that month to allow for timely resolution of the situation to be discussed.
