Planning for the Upcoming Leadership Peer Group Season!
Get to know our new Leadership Peer Group facilitators for the 2018-19 season! Jonathon McKay and Sarah Ahern with PATH, will spend this session discussing what our meetings should be going forward. They would like to find ways to focus on the most relevant challenges and opportunities for your business today and in the future, as well as ensuring you all have a clear purpose for joining this group. This can only be done by having an open discourse on what is most valuable for you as members.
This Peer Group will help you explore your leadership skills and provide new ways of looking at coaching and team building. This is a great opportunity for up-and-coming family business leaders as well as current managers who wish to re-evaluate their approach to staff development and mentoring. By sharing why this is important to you, Jonathon and Sarah will learn the most relevant and effective way for this group to operate as we move forward.
