Event Description:

What does entitlement mean to you? Is it an annoying attitude displayed by the next gens in a family business? Is it unreasonable expectations that alienate family and non-family employees alike? Or is it a serious condition that threatens the ongoing success of a company? The answer could be "all of the above".

Alex Freytag, of ProfitWorks, will help you further define entitlement and identify its symptoms so you can prevent and eradicate it in your own family business. Drawing on his experience working with hundreds of companies to diminish or defeat the entitlement mentality, he'll share examples of how these issues can impact an organization and its employees.

Freytag will outline how family business leaders can overcome entitlement through an interactive session which will include family business owner Randy Dupler from Dupler Office. Join us to learn techniques that can be immediately implemented in your family business.
