This series of quarterly sessions provides practical education and tools to help manage your family business and operate more effectively. In each 90-minute session, you'll learn the "What," the "Why," and the "How" of some of the most useful management tools.
The first session in the series will focus on strengthening team health. In this interactive session, join Ryan Yeoman, Professional EOS Implementer, as he explores the '5 Dysfunctions of a Team:'
Absence of Trust
Fear of Conflict
Lack of Commitment
Avoidance of Accountability
Inattention to Results
Ryan will discuss the framework for building healthy teams and several practical tools for increasing health. All managers (new and experienced) are welcome to attend regardless of whether or not you are familiar with EOS.
