This roundtable is designed for women who own, work in, or support a family-owned business, and speaks directly to their unique experiences and challenges. Women from both family and non-family roles are invited to join conversations focused on leadership, effective communication, and practical skills for navigating conflict in a family business setting. In this collaborative and encouraging space, you’ll connect with other women,, gain new perspectives and actionable ideas, and leave feeling refreshed, supported, and ready for what’s next.

The Women's Peer Group is changing its format and moving to a lunch time slot! Join us for this important planning session on December 13 from 11:45am - 1:30 pm to discuss the new Women's Peer Group format and help us plan the session topics for 2023! This brown-bag lunch monthly peer group will be co-facilitated by Bea Wolper and Donna Musilli and is for women - both family and non-family - who work in a family-owned business. Our new format allows for connection, sharing, inspiration, and support.
