This group is for EOS Integrators or the equivalent on the leadership team. These facilitated sessions will provide group members the opportunity to get and share advice on EOS best practices as well as implementation challenges and other issues they are facing.

Please note, this group is for companies that are already running EOS and limited to one member/company.

Starting a business is quite an undertaking…running a business is even more complex. As business owners, it is easy to get stuck in the “tyranny of the urgent”...emails, phone calls, HR issues etc. When owners are stuck in the urgent tasks of the business, the business itself is not worked on.
