Purpose
The Sales & Marketing Exchange is a quarterly, peer-to-peer roundtable designed for Conway Center member owners and leaders who are responsible for driving growth in their family business. It provides a confidential forum to work through real-time sales and marketing decisions with peers facing similar challenges. Come share what is working, what is not working and learn what other family businesses are doing to drive the marketing and sales engines.
Who Should Attend
This roundtable is ideal for Conway Center members in roles such as: CEO, President, Owner, Founder, Managing Partner, COO, General Manager, VP/Director of Sales, VP/Director of Marketing, Business Development Leader, or anyone who “owns” the revenue, sales, or marketing function in your family business.

Facilitator
This Sales & Marketing Exchange is facilitated by Kelly Borth, founder and CEO of GREENCREST, a full-service integrated marketing agency launched in 1990 that serves as a fractional chief marketing officer for growth-minded, privately held companies. With more than 35–40 years of marketing experience, Kelly has been a trusted advisor to business owners and leadership teams throughout Ohio and across the U.S., including long-standing work with family-owned companies through the Conway Center.
Kelly will:
