Event Description:

The shift in how we work is continuing with a model likely landing squarely in the hybrid model. What does this mean for employers and employees when it comes to communication across the hours and the various platforms?

By member request, we’ll talk about the importance of creating a culture with boundaries around when and how to communicate, while still ensuring we get work done. Meeting this lofty goal includes understanding how to discuss and set boundaries, exploring the technology and traditional strategies available, and thinking about all of this in relation to employment law and attracting and retaining today’s workforce.

During this in-person program, Sharon DeLay, President of GO-HR will lead the discussion and provide her expertise of the challenges that face family businesses. Don’t miss this opportunity to dig deep into HR issues, engage with each other and consult with Sharon!

This session is facilitated by family business owner Sharon DeLay, President of GO-HR. a HR consultancy working with businesses across five areas: general HR, recruiting and on-boarding, training and development, benefits and benefits consulting, and career and corporate outplacement.
