Motivational Interviewing
This session will address how to motivate people who are ambivalent and how to make changes in their behavior.
Leadership 2.0 is designed for those who have attended three or more regular Leadership Development peer group sessions, building upon these skills and applying them to real-world situations that you experience at work.
While each session will have a particular focus, those attending are encouraged to bring in situations to discuss with the group as case studies. Facilitated by Michael Devine, MS, LPC-S of Devine Consulting.
