Welcome & Mixer!  This is the first in the series of monthly sessions lasting for 10 months. 
Limited space (first-come first-served), there is a small fee to cover cost of materials.  Annual commitment for up to 10 participants for 10 months.  Contact Amy at adotts@familybusinesscenter.com if you are interested.


Leadership is complex; and especially for family businesses.  Join this Leadership 2.0 group to find your safe place for monthly support, peer mentoring and group coaching to discover how to lead well in ambiguity.  

This group is open to family and non-family member leaders working in a family-owned business who desire:
  • A safe and consistent space to share openly and seek advice and support for your day-to-day leadership challenges
  • A deeper understanding of your unique voice in this group and in your business by taking the Clifton Strengths Assessment
  • Leadership development education around topics such as: Growth Mindset; Language of Strengths; Conscious Leadership; Healthy Conflict; Equipping Talent
Donna Musilli of DM360 will lead these sessions focusing on your most relevant business challenges.  These sessions may have some teaching components, but the bulk of the time will be for what’s on your mind.  What are your needs? And how can the group support you?

Date/Time Information:
Normally held the 1st Thursday of the month from 8-9:30 am.  Exceptions: January's meeting will be held Tue 1/7; September's meeting will be on Tue 9/1.

Fees/Admission:
There is a one-time fee of $50 to cover the cost of the Clifton Strengths book, Assessment and materials.  If you have taken Clifton Strengths within the last year, the fee is $30.
