Leadership Skills to Bridge the Generations
This session is dedicated to developing the soft skills necessary to lead a diverse, multi-generational family and non-family workforce. Leaders will learn to apply empathy and compassion by adapting their style based on individual needs and leveraging the power of active listening. The core objective is to ensure every person on the team feels seen, valued, and heard.

In this first interactive session, she will review unique goal setting methodologies and best practices for goal setting, action planning, and empowering your leadership abilities toward success.
Facilitator Tami Chapek, CEO, Founder, and Professional Leadership Coach of WeInspireWe will facilitate these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face.
