Leaders will look back at the goals set in January, honestly assess what worked and what didn't in the past year, and dedicate time to celebrating achievements. The session culminates by using these insights to set an inspiring vision for the future.

In this first interactive session, she will review unique goal setting methodologies and best practices for goal setting, action planning, and empowering your leadership abilities toward success.
