Nevertheless, the concept holds significant value for organizations who are willing to the do the tough work required to make it part of their culture. Yet, many times we lack the necessary definition and data around the concept to make it impactful for organizations.

In this session, we will discuss the process of Employee Engagement and how it should be approached to achieve the value of empowering employees to do great work.
