Event Description:
Emotional Intelligence and Active Listening
Emotional Intelligence, or EQ, is quickly becoming the most underrated but highly effective and sought after qualities in developing leaders. We will explore elements of building and practicing EQ, such as Active Listening, Positive Attribution Error, and understanding key differences between Intent vs. Impact.
Facilitator Jackie Schetter, Founder of Lead for Culture, will facilitate these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face. This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing. ALL Conway Center members are invited to attend any of these sessions, but please RSVP.
