• Review the state of your teams, what point in the process they are at and how to move them forward

This Peer Group focuses on four modules of Leadership:
Leadership Styles; Developing Your People; Collaboration & Conflict Management; Team Development

Facilitator Jonathon McKay with PATH will lead these leadership sessions focusing on the most relevant challenges and opportunities for your business today. This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing.
