As your family business grows, so do the needs of your team members. Rather than hiring individuals that we like or who think like we do, we’ll spend time dissecting the best approaches to building high performing teams, retaining talent, and impacting the performance of the organization.
Facilitator Tami Chapek, CEO, Founder, and Professional Leadership Coach of WeInspireWe facilitates these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face. This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing. ALL Conway Center members are invited to attend any of these sessions, but please RSVP.
