Psychological safety is the belief that you won’t be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns or mistakes. Safe workplaces promote innovation as well as belonging – one of the key indicators of retention. We will explore the topic in depth and identify techniques and practices for promoting psychological safety.
Facilitator Jackie Schetter, Founder of Lead for Culture, will facilitate these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face.
