This session will be an open discussion of problems and resolution.  Come with case studies and other relevant issues to discuss!

This Peer Group helps participants explore their leadership skills and provides new ways of looking at coaching and team building. This is a great opportunity for up-and-coming family business leaders as well as current managers who wish to re-evaluate their approach to staff development and mentoring.  Facilitated by Morgan Hembree, Psy.D., MBA.
