Becoming a Coach: The Difference Between Coaching vs Managing & Mentoring

The best leaders are able to effectively navigate when to manage, when to mentor, and when to coach. We will explore what differentiates these three applications, and really dive into elements that distinguish coaching from the group. We will cover practical techniques and tools to aid in developing this key leadership skill. Hint: DELEGATING is a bonus topic in this meeting! 
 



Facilitator Jackie Schetter, Founder of Lead for Culture, will facilitate these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face.  This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing. ALL Conway Center members are invited to attend any of these sessions, but please RSVP.
