One of the most satisfying aspects of leadership is the ability to help people work together more effectively and productively. Learn the best practices on how to foster collaboration with anyone in your circle of influence.
• Learn a process for managing and improving collaboration
• Participate in exercises to determine specific steps to improve the way you collaborate with others.
Facilitator Jonathon McKay with PATH will lead these leadership sessions focusing on the most relevant challenges and opportunities for your business today. This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing. ALL Conway Center members are invited to attend any of these sessions, but please RSVP.
