Managing Conflict
This Peer Group exists to empower ourselves as leaders to build better culture that improves our business and others. Facilitators Jonathon McKay and Sarah Ahern with PATH will lead these leadership sessions on various topics focusing on the most relevant challenges and opportunities for your business today.
Re-designed for 2018-19, each session will be structured as follows:
- 45 minutes of Topic Based Content
- 15 minutes of updates to the group
- 30 minutes of opportunity processing
