As family businesses grow, trusted non-family leaders often become essential for long-term success. But creating a culture where non-family executives feel empowered, invested, and aligned with the company’s vision requires intentional leadership and trust from both sides.
This program will explore how family businesses can successfully develop and retain high-performing non-family leaders by fostering an “ownership mindset” throughout the organization. Our panelists will discuss topics such as building trust, defining leadership roles, balancing family and non-family dynamics, creating accountability, succession planning, and helping key leaders feel deeply connected to the company’s mission and future.
