Event Description:
The Three Circle Model, developed by Renato Tagiuri and John Davis at Harvard Business School, explains how family businesses operate through three interconnected systems:

1. Family: Blood relations and spouses
2. Business: The company's operations and management
3. Ownership: Shareholders/stakeholders who own the business

The model illustrates seven possible positions where individuals can exist, from being solely in one circle (family member only, employee only, or investor only) to occupying overlapping positions (family member-owner, family member-employee, owner-employee) or all three simultaneously.

This framework helps identify sources of conflict, roles, priorities, and relationships within family businesses, making it useful for strategic planning and conflict resolution.
