​Note that these sessions are only for family members only who work in a family business.

As with all Next Gen sessions, dedicated time at the end will be allotted to work through particular coaching scenarios and provide tools for relevant issues and situations you are now facing.   We'll spend time exchanging experiences and knowledge on these issues so that we can all learn from one another. 

Our Next Generation Leaders Professional Development series is for up-and-coming family members who are interested in assuming greater leadership roles in their family-owned business.

Free for ALL Conway Center members to attend who are family (next gens).  This is a "drop-in" group for family business members, you are encouraged but not required to attend all the sessions of this series.  Come when you can, but please register or RSVP in advance!
