Principles of Effective Time Management
Trying to keep track of all the things on our schedule can be overwhelming. The good news: You don’t have a time management problem. The bad news: You don’t have a time management problem. As with so much of what we deal with in our family business (and in life) the issue is really about our beliefs and how we allow those beliefs to interfere with our daily schedules. We will talk about effective strategies to prioritize, set appropriate boundaries, and master our “to-do” lists.
Note that these sessions are only for family members only who work in a family business.
As with all Next Gen sessions, dedicated time at the end will be allotted to work through particular coaching scenarios and provide tools for relevant issues and situations you are now facing. We'll spend time exchanging experiences and knowledge on these issues so that we can all learn from one another.
