Emotional Intelligence within the Family
Self-Awareness and emotional intelligence go hand in hand, but how do we differentiate between the two concepts? We will talk about how emotional intelligence is the key to self-awareness, why it's increasingly needed in today's workplace, and how to grow in emotional intelligence. We will also look at how emotional intelligence helps us handle conflict and confrontation on the job.
Note that these sessions are only for family members only who work in a family business.
