Learning from Anxiety
Why would we seek answers from something we are trying to get rid of? Anxiety is an ever-increasing topic of discussion. It creates all kinds of problems and taxes our whole person and affects our business. But what if we framed it differently? We’ll discuss what often causes the anxiety we deal with daily, how to reframe it, and how to learn from it in order to thrive.

We'll spend time exchanging experiences and knowledge on these issues so that we can all learn from one another.
