Maintaining Cultural Anchors

  • Honor the Past
  • Celebrate the Present
  • Build on your Vision

This is a great discussion to have within family businesses and with the Leaders who are not family but entrusted with maintaining those cultural anchors (Honor the Past).

Take Away:

Great companies, family businesses and entities of any kind, understand the importance of continually sharing stories that anchor the Core Values and Vision of it’s leaders and creating a long term sustainable culture.

Being a non-family leader in a family-owned business can be incredibly rewarding… and challenging.  This peer group will help determine strategies of influence and impact for non-family leaders.

Led by experts from Driscoll Learning.
