Practical Tools For Managers: Gaining Clarity in Your Family Business - Succession, Roles & Vision

Succession planning. Role clarity. A shared vision for the future. These are some of the most important - and most difficult - conversations a family business can have. This roundtable is designed to help you have them.

Join us as Becky Fromkes, Certified EOS Implementer, begins with the Family Business Three Circle Model to explore how family, ownership, and business roles intersect - and where clarity often breaks down. She'll then introduce the EOS Six Key Components™ as a practical lens for addressing those gaps, with a specific focus on how family businesses can use this framework to navigate succession planning with greater confidence.

Becky will also highlight two especially powerful tools: the Vision/Traction Organizer™ (VTO) for documenting and aligning on your long-term vision, and the Accountability Chart for bringing clarity to roles and responsibilities across your organization.

You'll walk away with:
  • A stronger understanding of how family, ownership, and business dynamics influence one another
  • A practical framework for approaching succession planning with clarity and intention
  • Insight into how the VTO and Accountability Chart can strengthen alignment in your family business
  • Actionable steps you can apply right away — no prior EOS experience required
This roundtable is designed to provide value to any family business, regardless of whether you currently use EOS or any other operating system.
