Rhett Ricart is president and CEO of Ricart Automotive Group in Groveport, Ohio. Ricart Ford was founded in June 1953, by his father, Paul Ricart Sr. It was his father's philosophy that to lead, you must work alongside the employees first, so he started out washing cars and worked in every aspect of the business. In 1982, Rhett and his brother, Fred, assumed ownership of the dealership. Today, they have more than 600 employees and sell approximately 15,000 new and used vehicles every year. He has earned various awards over the years including Ohio Business Person of the Year and the Ford Presidents and Triple Crown Award for excellence in sales, service and customer satisfaction. Ricart Automotive Group has been ranked one of the top places to work by Columbus CEO Magazine and WBNS 10TV for four consecutive years.
