Event Description:
Women in family business mentoring program
Objective: to provide guidance and insight into running a family business for women who are next gen leaders.
Mentors
We are seeking female family business leaders who are willing to mentor next gen women.
Mentees
We are seeking next gen female leaders who are interested in learning from women in family businesses who have “been there, done that.”
Guidelines
Time commitment is up to each mentor/mentee pair, but they are expected to meet face-to-face at least monthly (can communicate via email, facetime, Skype, etc., as often as they determine, but one monthly in- person meeting is required). Our Executive Director will check in with both mentor and mentee at the end of each month and provide resources as necessary.
