Event Description:
Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
Family business roles can be complicated and stressful. Doubting yourself and feeling like you don’t deserve success can take its toll on your well-being, so it’s important to confront your feelings and take steps to rid yourself of your doubts and fears. Our discussion will include key points from “The Confidence Code,” and what you can do about your feelings of inadequacy in the workplace associated with imposter syndrome.
Find out exactly what imposter syndrome is, how to identify it, and – most important of all – how to overcome it!
This brown-bag lunch monthly peer group will be co-facilitated by Bea Wolper and Donna Musilli and is for women - both family and non-family - who work in a family-owned business. Our new format allows for connection, sharing, inspiration, and support.
Generously sponsored by KeyBank
This group is for women who own, work for, or play a supporting role in a family business. New perspectives and strategies will be gained from listening to others in this very collaborative and safe environment. Co-facilitated by Bea Wolper from Emens Wolper Jacobs & Jasin and Donna Musilli from DM360.
