However, there is a proven way forward. The foundation of this path to great leadership rests on having a strong sense of purpose and values from which to operate from. Our ability to work through tough situations for both ourselves and others. Leaders must first understand what the foundational principles mean to us as individuals before we can help inspire others to join the journey. In this session, we will discuss how to develop a personal purpose statement and what types of values are best suited for servant leadership.
