What do great leaders do? The answer, according to Daniel Goleman (leadership expert and a pioneer in emotional intelligence), is that they get results. But how? Goleman has outlined 6 different leadership styles, and in this session, we will discover what they are, how they impact the workplace, and how to know what kind of a leader we are. Getting Clear on Mission, Vision, and Values -
We’ve heard about how important it is to have a Mission and Vision statement, and how we need to get clear on our company values. But what about when it comes to a personal MVV? How would we go about creating a statement that effectively communicates our mission and our vision, and a set of values by which we order our lives? We’ll take some time to carve out a personal MVV and learn more about how this informs and guides our lives and the family business.
