Starting a business is quite an undertaking…running a business is even more complex.
As business owners, it is easy to get stuck in the “tyranny of the urgent”...emails, phone calls, HR issues etc. When owners are stuck in the urgent tasks of the business, the business itself is not worked on. We have all heard the phrase, “work on the business, not in the business” and it is much easier said than done.

Hear the story of how Angela Petro and a friend kicked off their business by giving away coffee and menus at traffic lights - and grew to the complete hospitality company of today, going “all in” with John joining the business just six months before the onset of the Covid pandemic.
