What does this mean for employers and employees when it comes to communication across the hours and the various platforms? By member request, we will talk about the importance of creating a culture with boundaries around when and how to communicate, while still ensuring we get work done. Meeting this lofty goal includes understanding how to discuss and set boundaries, exploring the technology and traditional strategies available, and thinking about all of this in relation to employment law and attracting and retaining todays workforce.
