Let’s give your handbook and policies a 2026-ready makeover. This session will focus on the updates your family business should implement now, plus the changes you may want to make to better reflect how you actually work in 2026. We are going deeper than the basics of Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS) to explore the underlying people processes and cultural habits that keep issues spinning. You will learn how to build a fearless, friction-crushing team that attacks real challenges rather than just managing symptoms. ... read more
